Shanfari Industries AG is seeking a Senior Investment Manager to lead our international industrial investment portfolio, with a focus on energy, steel, infrastructure, and software ventures. This role requires a unique combination of strategic vision, board-level leadership, and hands-on experience in cross-border project execution, particularly in emerging markets.

The successful candidate will:

• Direct the company’s investment strategy in industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors
• Lead due diligence, risk analysis, and asset management for cross-border projects
• Engage with high-level international stakeholders, including government, institutional, and private investors
• Manage joint ventures, M&A activities, and strategic partnerships globally
• Advise the board on long-term growth opportunities and corporate governance in multi-jurisdictional contexts

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of leadership and board-level experience
• Broad sector expertise across financial services, industrials, energy, technology, and related sectors
• Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar investments across multiple jurisdictions
• Extensive track record in driving business growth and partnerships in Middle Eastern Markets
• Demonstrated capability leading high-value industrial projects in both developed and emerging markets
• Deep expertise in corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural negotiations
• Advanced knowledge of complex financing structures for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects
• Strong international presence with the ability to represent the company credibly at the highest levels

Education & Certifications:

• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline)
• Additional certifications or executive education in areas such as leadership, strategy, finance, or other relevant disciplines are considered valuable

Languages:

• English (professional working proficiency)
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Persian (Farsi), Turkish
